Stefan Martins, Cyber Architect and Director of Technology at PAC, has received recognition for his exceptional contributions to the field of cybersecurity. He has been shortlisted as a finalist in three prominent award categories, showcasing his expertise and leadership in the industry.
The nominations include:
- Defence and National Security Workforce Awards: Nominated for the “Best Cyber Technician or Specialist Under 35” category.
- Australian Cyber Security Awards: Recognised as a finalist for “Cyber Security Professional of the Year – Government and Defence” and “Cyber Security Consultant of the Year – SME”.

Stef joined PAC in 2021 as an Information Technology Security Officer and has since risen to the role of Cyber Security Architect / Director of Technology. He is our trusted cyber expert who’s able to blend technical and non-technical insights, ensuring our clients meet their cyber requirements while safeguarding their organisations and systems against emerging threats.
Prior to joining PAC, Martins served with the Defence Force, where he played a pivotal role in securing the F-35A capability as an Australian Public Service Information Systems Security Manager. His diverse background also includes experience as a Systems Engineer in the education sector and managing IT services for local and state governments.
Stef expresses a passion for continuous learning and enjoys being challenged to find innovative solutions. His recent promotion to Cyber Security Architect / Director of Technology reflects the recognition of his skills and expertise within the industry.
