We are honoured to announce that PAC received ‘Employer of the Year’ in the Private, Medium category-at the recent 2021 Defence Reserves and Employer Support Awards (ACT/SE NSW)! This award recognises private industry for significant and continued support to reservist employees. PAC’s nomination came courtesy of one of our Mission Planning team members, who graciously recognised our support to his service in the Army reserves.

More broadly, the event highlighted how rare it is for a S/MEs to flexibly support reserve time, and how unique PAC is for having so many reservists on our team. 37% of our current workforce are reservists—serving all three branches of the ADF. It’s difficult to overstate how important reservists are to our company culture, and we’re honored to be a part of their professional journey. Reservists offer a unique, multifaceted skillset to the team, well-versed in balancing competing priorities and projects with prowess.

It is our privilege to employ both veterans and reservists. PAC’s core values are professionalism, integrity, and flexibility – values which any reservist certainly understands as well.
