Pacific Aerospace Consulting (PAC) is currently seeking expressions of interest for Field Service Representative roles in its Australian Division for a long-term project commencing in 2025. Locations include Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Nowra, Sale, Perth, Darwin and Katherine.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing on-site integration and basic maintenance services for ICT systems supporting Defence aviation operations
- Providing operational support to system users including on-site user assistance and training
- Engaging with local Defence stakeholders for systems issues and advice
- Working as a member of the broader support team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration both internally and externally
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Familiarity with aviation operations including Aeronautical Information and Flight Planning Tools
- Foundational understanding of ICT systems and processes
- Operational experience in Defence or other aviation environments
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Possess, or able to possess minimum security clearance of Negative Vetting 2 (NV2)
- Experience or qualification in training delivery
