Pacific Aerospace Consulting (PAC) is currently seeking expressions of interest for a Program Coordinator role in its Australian Division for a long-term project commencing in 2025.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating a Program for delivery and sustainment of complex ICT systems supporting Defence aviation operations
  • Support the scheduling of Program milestones and management reviews
  • Development and management of Program Deliverables, including Management Plans and Reports
  • Working as a member of the broader support team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration both internally and externally

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional experience within the Defence industry with an understanding of Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON)
  • Qualifications and/or demonstrated experience of Program Management skills
  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Possess, or able to possess minimum security clearance of Negative Vetting 2 (NV2)
