Pacific Aerospace Consulting (PAC) is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join its Australian Division in the Business Development (BD) Team. The position will be based in Canberra, Williamtown (Newcastle) or Brisbane.
The role is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day activities and broader goals of the Business Development Team.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support including data entry, document management and action tracking
- Providing project support for all BD contract captures
- Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Professional experience within the Defence industry with an understanding of Defence Export Controls and Defence Contracting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- A minimum security clearance of Baseline, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance of Negative Vetting 1 (NV1)
