We are proud to announce that we have re-signed the Soldier On Pledge as a Platinum Pledge Partner. This demonstrates our commitment to enabling veterans and their families to find long-term, meaningful careers in collaboration with the Soldier On Pathways program through veteran-supportive recruitment, retention, training and workplace culture initiatives. 

Soldier On was established in 2012 as a not-for-profit veteran support organisation delivering services to veterans and their families in Australia. These include health and wellbeing programs, employment support, education support programs, and social connection activities.

As a veteran-owned business, veterans are at the heart of our organisation and comprise 80% of our workforce. PAC recognises their skill sets and experience—vital to our success in supporting Defence. 

We look forward to continuing working with The Soldier On Pathways Program to help more veterans and their families secure their future careers.
