Pacific Aerospace Consulting (PAC), a leading provider of aerospace and defence consulting services in the US and Australia, has signed a teaming agreement with UK-based Tanglewood Group (Tanglewood), a global leader in defence and security technology and support solutions, to pursue strategic opportunities across AUKUS nations—Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

By leveraging each party’s longstanding defence security cooperation expertise and agility as small-to-medium enterprises, PAC and Tanglewood aim to support the development and rapid integration of advanced capabilities acquired under the AUKUS framework alongside other acquisition programs, such as US foreign military sales (FMS) cases. The agreement will focus on the following:

• Advanced aerospace and defence technologies: Leveraging PAC’s deep expertise in aerospace platform acquisition and sustainment, defence training and simulation, mission data reprogramming, and strategic consulting, alongside Tanglewood’s proficiency in systems integration, uncrewed aerial systems (UAS), cybersecurity, defence innovation, and support solutions.
• Interoperability & Interchangeability: Developing data-centric solutions that enhance the ability of AUKUS and other allies to operate across mission-critical domains, such intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), electronic warfare (EW), and advanced cyber.
• International Expansion: Establishing and deepening partnerships with defence, government agencies, and industry within the AUKUS alliance, facilitating dual-use technology transfer, and collaborative projects.
